FAT BURNING FROZEN YOGHURT RECIPE

Ingredients:

- 6 oz of plain organic Greek yoghurt
- Fresh berries of your choice
- 1 packet of Stevia

Directions:

Mix a handful of Berries of your choice with 6 oz of Plain
Organic Greek Yogurt and 1 packet of Stevia.
Place in freezer.
Enjoy later. .. it’s good :)
Not to mention it is packed with vitamins and scores incredibly low
on the glyoemic index.
