I am a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Professional. I work with a team of PGA Golf Pro’s to provide specific and accurate physical analysis screenings before devising tailored exercise programmes and schedules to hit your physical weaknesses. Ultimately my goal is to get your body into peak physical condition to swing the club in the correct manner, overcoming obstacles such as a lack of strength, a lack of flexibility, a lack of mobility and so on.
Exercise for Golfers can be a double edged sword, gaining strength can often hinder flexibility and this is detrimental to Golfers, the first step for any Golfer is to go through a Physical Screening before any exercise is undertaken. This ensures the correct starting point for the individual and ensures that the weaknesses are being tackled. There isn’t just one perfect golf swing, there is a perfect golf swing for everyone!
